1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Construction Of A Street Lighting Power Network In Rogów, Ul. Gwiazdacka And Ul. Wschodnia. The Order Covers Two Sections Of Street Lighting In Rogów: At Ul. Pozacka And At Ul. Eastern. On Each Section, A Street Lighting Cable Network Should Be Constructed Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And 7 Steel, Galvanized Lighting Poles Should Be Installed On Prefabricated Foundations, Equipped With Led Luminaires With A Luminaire Control System; In Total, The Order Includes 14 Such Poles. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Ensure Comprehensive Execution Of The Order, Including Delivery Of Materials, Execution Of Works, Carrying Out Necessary Tests And Measurements; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 3) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory In A Paper Version And Providing The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Submitting The Documentation For Registration At The District Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Final Acceptance.3.The Components Of The Subject Of The Contract Are All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular: Costs Of Surveying Services, As-Built Surveying Documentation, All Costs Related To The Start-Up And Start-Up Of The Entire Investment, Costs Of Obtaining The Necessary Research, Opinions And Arrangements, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Securing The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Restoring The Area To The Condition Before The Commencement Of The Works. 4. The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Jointly Defined By The Following Documents Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz: A) Design Documentation With Attachments - Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, C) Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
