1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Pedestrian Route Along Poniatowskiego Street In Czarnocin In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Pedestrian Route Made Of Light, Permeable Asphalt Concrete Mass, Approx. 2,300 M Long, On Road Plot No. 1448, Area 4 Of The Commune. Czarnocin, From The Border Of The Commune To The Height Of Plot 1797/2; 2) Construction Of A Bike&Ride Parking Lot For 10 Bicycles, On Plot No. 1737/2 Or 1738, Precinct 4 Of The Commune. Czarnocin;3) Arrangement And Modernization Of The Existing Road Infrastructure, Including Drainage And Land Development. The Development Of The Area Should Include: • Planting Trees And Shrubs, • Lighting In The Parking Lot, • Elements Of Small Architecture Such As Waste Bins And Benches Along The Pedestrian Route And Containers For Waste Segregation And Benches In The Parking Lot,3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Design - Includes In Particular: Preparation Of The Necessary Inventory Of The Area For The Purposes Of Implementing The Project; Preparing A Map For Design Purposes; Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment (If Required); Obtaining A Decision On Development Conditions (If Required); Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion; Development Of A Functional And Utility Concept And Complete Design Documentation; Obtaining Other Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, Depending On Needs, In Order To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or To Effectively Report Works That Do Not Require Such A Permit; Geodetic Study Of The Project. Note: The Contractor Will, On His Own, Obtain All Necessary Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Construction Project With The Requirements Resulting From Separate Regulations.2) Stage 2 - Build - Includes: Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And The Conditions Contained In The Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Related To The Implementation Of The Investment; Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Works Along With A Certificate Of No Grounds To Object To This Notification (If Required).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 12 To This Specification, And In The Annex To The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 13 To This Specification.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: 1) Min. 5-Year Warranty For All Works/Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order (Except For Planting);2) 12-Month Quality Warranty For Plantings From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement.6.
