The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries And Unloading Of 30% Of The Sand And Salt Mixture In The Winter Season 2026/2027 For The Needs Of Winter Maintenance Of District Roads To Combat Winter Slipperiness.2.The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver A Sand Mixture With 30% Salt Added In A Total Amount Of 1,100 Mg.3.To Prepare The Sand And Salt Mixture, Use: 1) 30% Medium-Grained, Non-Caking Road Salt (Anti-Caking Agent - Potassium Ferrocyanide), Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02 - Salt (Sodium Chloride), (Or An Equivalent Standard), Having The Current Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute And The Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene (Confirming The Possibility Of Using Salt To Prepare A Sand-Salt Mixture And Thus Using The Mixture For Winter Road Maintenance).2) 70% Of Washed Sand, Fraction Up To 0.2 Mm - According To The Pn-En-1260 + A1:2010 Standard (Or An Equivalent Standard), Meeting The Following Requirements:• Cannot Be Contaminated With Organic Compounds Such As Grass, Remains Of Roots, Branches, Etc.,• Yellow Color,• Must Not Contain Any Clay Or Clay Impurities, • The Sand Should Not Be Lumpy On The Day Of Delivery.4.Above Materials (I.E. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) To Prepare The Mixture, It Is Recommended To Use Devices Equipped With A Weighing System For Weighing Ingredients, Guaranteeing The Production Of A Homogeneous Mixture. 2) It Is Allowed To Produce The Mixture By Repeatedly Mixing Sand And Salt In A Way That Guarantees A Homogeneous Composition. 3) The Produced Mixture Will Be Delivered To The Material Base Of The Infrastructure Department Of The District Office In Nowy Dwór Gdański At Ul. Tczewska 4. 4) The Contractor Will Deliver The Mixture Successively, In Batches, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Within A Period Not Exceeding 8 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification. Shortening The Delivery Time Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers.5) Deadline For Completing The Order: 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.6) The Material Must Be Transported In Self-Unloading, Technically Efficient Vehicles. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Such Forms Of Transport That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of The Transported Material And Its Moisture Content.
