Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order: Winter Road Maintenance In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In The Town Of Tylicz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Winter Road Maintenance Services In The Town Of Tylicz - Krynica-Zdrój Commune. The Total Length Of Roads Intended For Winter Maintenance Is: 11,178 Km. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preventing The Formation Of Slipperiness, Especially Black Ice, 2) Eliminating The Resulting Slipperiness, 3) Snow Removal, 4) Road Patrolling, 5) Cleaning Works After The End Of The Winter Season, 6) Running An Information And Communication Point With The Ordering Party. Snow Removal Should Include: The Road, Bituminous, Hardened And Ground Roadsides, Strips Earthworks, Bus Bays, Parking Lots That Are Part Of The Road, Intersections, Etc. The Material Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Service Is Provided By The Ordering Party In The Amount Of: 1) Sand: 80 Tons; 2) Road Salt: 20 Tons. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than November 20, 2026. Until March 20, 2027. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Detail For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order By The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5.1 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz.
