The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Manufacture, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A High-Speed, High-Energy Attritor Type Mixer Mill, Intended For Wet Grinding Of Ceramic Powders, Enabling The Production Of A Product In The Submicron Range, Hereinafter Referred To As The Mill Or Device. The Device Should Constitute A Complete, Brand New And Ready-For-Use Technological System, Equipped With All The Elements Necessary For Proper, Safe And Stable Operation. When Designing The Device The Contractor Must Bear In Mind That The Ordering Party Intends To Provide A Ceramic Lining For The Working Chamber. This Process Is Not Part Of The Contractors Responsibilities. However, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Design That Takes This Work Into Account, So That The Internal Surfaces Of The Working Chamber Are Adapted To Be Covered With Ceramic Tiles. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Planned Ceramic Lining In The Design Of The Device, In Particular Its Dimensions (Tile Thickness Approx. 7 Mm) And The Influence Of The Lining On The Final Dimensions Of The Working Space. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Device Structure1) Basic Device Structure Made Of Aisi 304 Stainless Steel (Also Known As 1.4301 Or 18/8) Or A Material Equivalent In Terms Of Functional Properties And Corrosion Resistance.2) Vertical Cylinder-Shaped Working Tank.3) Grinding Chamber: - Internal Diameter: Approximately 250-350 Mm, - Working Height: Approximately 350-450 Mm4) The Working Tank Should Be Mounted On A Stable, Rigid And Suitably Massive Supporting Structure, Ensuring Safe Operation Of The Device Within The Entire Intended Rotation Range.5) All Elements Of The Device In Contact With The Product Should Be Designed In A Way That Limits The Risk Of Contamination Of The Product With Metals, Corrosion Products, Construction Materials Or Other Substances Originating From The Device.6) The Design Of The Device Should Enable Easy Keeping Of The Device Clean: Its Washing, Maintenance And Access To All Elements Requiring Periodic Servicing.Working Tank Should Have A Cooling Jacket, Which Should Be Equipped With Connections Enabling The Supply And Discharge Of The Cooling Medium And Cooperation With An External Chiller Cooling Unit, Which Is Part Of The Subject Of The Order. The Cooling System Should Be Designed In A Way That Ensures The Most Effective Removal Of Heat Generated During The Grinding Process. A System Should Be Provided In The Lower Part Of The Tank To Enable It To Be Emptied Of Suspension. The Design Of The Tank Should Also Enable Easy And Safe Removal Of The Grinding Media From The Chamber, In Particular For Washing Or Replacing Them.
