The Subject Of The Order Is: Prevention Of Homelessness Of Animals In The Zawiercie Commune. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Requirements For Catching Stray Animals: 1) Conducting Ongoing Monitoring Of The Area Of The City Of Zawiercie (Lustration) In The Scope Of The Occurrence Of Homeless Animals (Unattended). 2) Taking Actions Aimed At Catching A Homeless Animal Immediately, No Later Than 2 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving Information About The Event From The Monitoring. City (Inspection Of The City Area) Or Obtaining Information: From Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Zawiercie, Based In Zawiercie At Ul. Polska 21, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Partys Operator, The Police, The Municipal Guard In Zawiercie, The Relevant Departments/Departments Of The Municipal Office In Zawiercie Microchips For Electronic Identification Of Animals. After Catching Each Animal, Checking Whether The Animal Has A So-Called Microchip, Which Makes It Possible To Find The Animals Owner In The Database. After Checking The Owners Data, The Animal Should Be Returned To The Owner Immediately (Inspection Of The City Area) Or Obtaining Information: From The Operator, The Police, The Municipal Guard In Zawiercie, The Relevant Departments/Departments Of The Municipal Office In Zawiercie.6) Performing The Service Using Devices And Means That Do Not Expose The Animal To Injuries And Suffering.7) Taking Homeless Animals From The Area Of The Commune Of Zawiercie To The Shelter Using A Car Adapted To Allow The Proper Placement Of The Animal During Transport.8) Performing The Duties Referred To In Point 7 Immediately, But No Later Than Within 2 Hours Of Carrying Out Intervention To Catch A Stray Animal.9) Admission Of Injured Pets From Road Accidents To An Animal Shelter, From An Animal Treatment Facility (Which Will Be Selected In A Separate Procedure) Handling The Task Entitled Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Case Of Road Accidents Involving Animals In The Zawiercie Commune For 2027), After It Has Performed: Care, Which Consists Of:  Diagnostics (When It Is Necessary To Perform An Ultrasound Or X-Ray) Reaching The Injured Animal If Necessary;  Administering Painkillers And Anti-Inflammatory Drugs;  Treating The Injured Animal And Then, If The Animal Is Able To Be Transported, Sending It To Continue The Prescribed Treatment:  Performing Procedures That Save The Animals Life And Health.  Euthanizing The Injured Animal In Order To Find A New Owner. Requirements For Caring For Homeless Animals From The Zawiercie Commune: 1) Conducting A 15-Day Quarantine Of Newly Arrived Animals, 2) Feeding And Watering Animals, Including: A) Feeding Balanced Animal Food With A Minimum Meat Content Of 50% To Each Animal During The Day, B) Eliminating Bread And Derived Products From The Animals Diet, C) Ensuring That In The Event Of A Drop In Air Temperature During The Day To 0°C. Or Less Than A Warm Meal During The Day For Each Animal, D)
