1.1.The Subject Of The Order Are: 1.1.1.Postal Services Provided In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items, Postal Parcels And Their Possible Returns After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery To The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558). Pursuant To Art. 3 Points 10) Of The Postal Law Act. The Ordering Party Is The Sender, I.E. The Entity Which, As A Result Of The Resolution Of These Proceedings And The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer, Will Sign A Contract For The Provision Of Postal Services With One Operator. Through The Postal Service Specified In Art. 2 Section 1 Point 1-4 Of The Postal Law Act, The Ordering Party Understands The Postal Service As A Commercial Service Performed In Domestic Or Foreign Traffic: 1.1.1.1.Accepting, Sorting And Delivering Postal Items And Unaddressed Forms Carried Out Jointly Or Separately;1.1.1.2.Movement Of Postal Items And Unaddressed Forms, If It Is Performed Together With At Least One Of The Activities Referred To In Point 1);1.1.1.3.Sending Postal Items Using Electronic Means Of Communication, If At The Stage Of Receiving, Transporting Or Delivering The Information Message, They Take The Physical Form Of A Letter Item; 1.1.1.4.Running Exchange Points Enabling The Receipt And Exchange Of Correspondence Between Entities Using The Services Of These Points, Excluding The Execution Of Postal Money Orders That Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Ensure Their Receipt, Transport And Delivery On Its Own, And If Delivery Is Impossible, They Will Be Returned To The Senders (Ordering Party) Office. 1.1.2.Courier Services In Accordance With The Contractors Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Referred To In Point. 1/8-1/12. Opz.1.2.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms Set Out In: 1.2.1.Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558);1.2.2.International Postal Regulations - International Agreements Binding On The Republic Of Poland Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services And Binding Regulations Of The Universal Postal Union;1.2.3.Implementing Acts Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Set;1.2.4.In The Contractors Internal Regulations, Unless They Are Inconsistent With The Contract, Swz, Opz And The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law.1.3.Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
