Part I Of The Order Entitled Delivery Of Mobile Power Generators As Part Of The Task Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supply As Part Of The Task Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supply Implemented With Financial Assistance In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy Under The Provincial Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 3 Pieces Of Brand New Power Generators Together With Complete Technical Documentation, Used To Generate Electricity During Power Outages In Emergency Situations. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Contractor Should Confirm Compliance With The Stage V (Stage V) Exhaust Emission Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Regulation (Eu) 2016/1628 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 14 September 2016 On Requirements Regarding The Emission Limit Values Of Gaseous And Particulate Pollutants For Combustion Engines Installed In Non-Road Mobile Machines And Provide Together With The Offer As Evidence: - In The Field Of Mobile Units (Parts I And Ii) - Eu Engine Type-Approval Certificate (Or An Equivalent Eu Engine Type-Approval Certificate) Issued By The Competent Approval Authority Of One Of The European Union Member States, Confirming Compliance Of The Combustion Engine Used In The Unit With The Requirements Of The Regulation (Eu) 2016/1628 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Confirming Compliance With The Stage V Exhaust Emission Standard For The Appropriate Engine Power Category And Subcategory. The Ordering Party Also Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Document, E.G. The Official Declaration Of Conformity Of The Engine/Generator Manufacturer Or An Extract From The Technical And Operational Documentation (Data Sheet) Of The Engine Manufacturer, Provided That This Document Clearly Indicates The Eu Stage V Type-Approval Number Or Technical Parameters Confirming The Fulfillment Of This Requirement.
