Work Detail

Due To The Estimated Value Of The Performance Of The Public Contract, This Public Contract For Construction Works Is Awarded In The Form Of An Open Sub-Limit Procedure According To § 56 Of The Act. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts In The Sense Of § 35 And § 101 Of The Act.The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Creation Of The Work To The Extent Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of The Work Is Mainly The Execution And Procurement Of All Work Required To Complete The Aforementioned Public Contract And Its Successful Handover To The Client. All Fulfillment And Work Related To The Fulfillment Of The Work Will Be Ensured By The Contractor At His Own Expense. The Main Goal Of The Project Is The New Construction Of A Set Of Buildings, Which Solves The Completion And Completion Of The Vesničky Soušítí Residential Zone In K.Ú. Ostrava Muglinov, District Of Silesia Ostrava, Which Is Provided By The Diocesan Charity Of Ostrava-Opavská. The Residential Zone Was Already Implemented For The Most Part About 20 Years Ago And Was Not Completed For Financial Reasons. The Set Of Proposed Buildings Is Divided Into Building Objects Of 18 Terraced Family Houses In Two Rows (E And F, Which Follow The Existing Rows C And D) And Individual Projects Of The Set Ensuring Their Connection To The Transport And Technical Infrastructure. The Connection Will Be Made To Pre-Prepared Engineering Networks And Communications, Which Were Carried Out During The Previous Construction Stage.The Detailed Specification Of The Construction Is Given In Appendix No. 1 – Business Terms And Conditions, In Appendix No. 4 – Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services And In Appendix No. 5 – Project Documentation Of The Tender Documentation.All Project Activities Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Goals And Principles Of Sustainable Development And The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Hereinafter Referred To As Dnsh) In The Area Of ​​The Environment.The Public Order Is Taking Place As Part Of The Project Construction Of Affordable Housing In The Coexistence Village Submitted For Co-Financing From The Integrated Regional Operational Program (Hereinafter Also Irop), 115Th Irop Call, Social Housing Ii Kpsv + – Sc 4.2 (Mrr), Project Registration Number: Cz.06.04.02/00/24_115/0007124.
