1. Subject Of The Public Procurement - Provision Of Services By A Public Laundry, Performing Activities For Washing Hospital Linen And Work Clothes, According To A Prepared Technical Specification. The Performance Of The Service, Subject Of The Order, Includes The Complete Performance Of The Laundry Process, Including Preparation, Pre-Washing, Disinfection (Thermo-Disinfection And Chemo-Thermo-Disinfection), Actual Washing, Rinsing, As Well As Spin-Drying, Drying, Sewing/Patching, Ironing, Packing, Shipping And Transport Activities Inherent In The Purpose Of The Service.2. Separate Positions - No Separate Positions Are Foreseen;3. Variants - Variants Of The Offer Are Not Allowed4. Place Of Fulfillment Of The Order (Service) - The Service Is Performed In A Laundromat,Owned And/Or Operated By The Contractor 5. Place Of Delivery Of The Washed Underwear And Work Clothes - Dr. Hristo Stambolski Eood - Kazanlak, And The Transportation Will Be At The Contractors Expense. 6. Term Of Execution Of The Order - 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Execution Contract. 7. Estimated Value Of The Order - The Estimated Value Was Formed Under The Conditions Of Art. 21 Paragraph 8 Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act And Is In The Amount Of 38,000 Euros Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Finance The Execution Of The Order With Its Own Funds And Has No Obligation To Reach The Estimated Estimated Value Of The Order. 8. Guarantee For The Execution Of The Order - In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, A Guarantee Of 3% Of The Value Of The Contract Is Provided; 9. Validity Period Of Offers - 6 Months.
