The Subject Of The Municipal Order Is The Supply Of Fuels - А95н Automobile Gasoline, B6 Diesel Motor Fuel And Propane Butane Gas For The Needs Of Official Vehicles And Other Equipment Of The Municipality Of Laki.Estimated Quantities:Automobile Gasoline А95н – Estimated Quantity 17,000.00 Liters /Seventeen Thousand Liters/ ± 20%; Diesel Motor Fuel B6 - Estimated Amount 113,000.00 Liters /One Hundred And Thirteen Thousand Liters/ ± 20%;Propane-Butane Gas - Estimated Quantity 4,000.00 Liters/Four Thousand Liters/± 20%; The Quantities Are Estimated And Are Based On The Consumption Of A Past Period, As The Final Buyer /Employer/ Will Use Them According To His Needs, And The Final Seller /Contractor/ Accepts That There Will Be No Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Transaction Is Not Fulfilled In Full.Quality: /According To Bds, According To Analytical Certificate, According To Inspection/: According To Bds And The Fuels To Comply With The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, The Order And The Method Of Their Control Adopted By Pms No. 156 Of 2003, Promulgated, Sg, No. 66 Of 25.07.2003, In Force From 1.10.2003, Final Change And Supplement, No. 40 Of 16.05.2025 And All Amendments And Additions To It, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordinance And According To The Law On Renewable And Alternative Sources And Biofuels (Zvaeib), For Refueling Means Of Transport And Bds.The Final Seller /Contractor/ Is Responsible For Damages Arising From Low-Quality Liquid Fuels.Delivery Time And Contract Period: Refueling At Any Time Of The Day. The Stock Exchange Agreement Shall Enter Into Force On 01.12.2026 And Upon Presentation Of The Required Documents Under The Ppa, As Well As A Document Certifying The Deposit Of The Guarantee Ensuring The Performance Of The Contract On The Account Of The Municipality Of Laki Or The Established Bank Guarantee In Favor Of The Municipality Or Presentation Of Insurance Guaranteeing The Performance.​​​​​​​
