The Subject Of The Procedure Is A Commodity That Is Traded On The Commodity Exchange, Which Is A Reason For Awarding The Procedure By Negotiation Without Prior Notice, According To Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Zop. The Delivery Of The Goods Will Take Place On The Commodity Exchange Through A Stock Broker, Under The Conditions Of The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Auctions. A Contract For This Order Will Be Concluded With Sofia Stock Exchange Ad, Under The Terms And Conditions Entered In Their Stock Exchange Rules.
