The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of The Enterprise Computing Infrastructure Rental Service, Consisting Of The Provision Of Two High-Performance Physical Servers, New And Unused, Intended To Strengthen The Institutional Technological Platform Of The Santa Cruz Hospital.The Equipment Must Be Supplied, Delivered, Installed, Configured And Put Into Operation In The Facilities That The Hospital Designates For These Purposes, Forming Part Of The Institutional Technological Infrastructure Throughout The Term Of The Contract.The Servers Will Be Used To Support Clinical And Administrative Applications, Databases, Interoperability Platforms, Institutional Services, Virtualization, Artificial Intelligence, Information Storage And Other Workloads That The Hospital Determines, And Must Guarantee A High Level Of Availability, Reliability, Performance, Scalability And Operational Continuity.The Contracting Modality Corresponds Exclusively To The Leasing Of Hardware, With The Supplier Maintaining Ownership Of The Equipment Throughout The Contractual Term. The Administration Of Operating Systems, Virtualization Platforms, Applications, Databases, Logical Backups, Network Configurations And Other Software Components Will Be Carried Out Directly By The Santa Cruz Hospital, Through Its Technical Staff, So The Servers Must Be Delivered With Complete Administrative Access And Without Restrictions For Their Management.The Supplier Will Be Responsible For The Supply, Physical Installation, Authorization, Warranty, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Hardware, Replacement Of Defective Components, Specialized Support From The Manufacturer, Firmware Update When Applicable, Temporary Or Permanent Replacement Of Equipment In Case Of Critical Failures And All Those Activities Necessary To Keep The Servers Fully Operational During The Execution Of The Contract.The Equipment Must Fully Comply With The Minimum Technical Specifications Established In The Technical Bases And In The Technical Annex Of This Tender, Which Will Have The Character Of Mandatory Technical Admissibility Requirements.
