Advertising Services – Construction And Maintenance Of Bus Stops And Information Structures. The City Of Trenčín Is The Customer Of Public Passenger Transport In The Territory Of The City Of Public Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As Public Transport). In Order To Improve The Quality Of Services Provided To City Residents And Passengers Using Public Transport (But Also Suburban Bus Transport) In Order To Support The Increase In The Number Of Passengers By Public Personal Transport, The City Of Trenčín, Among Other Things, Also Ensures The Construction Of Bus Shelters At Most Public Transport Stops, Where The Spatial Conditions Allow It. The City Of Trenčín Currently Has An Agreement On The Conditions For The Construction Of Shelters At Bus Stops And On The Reciprocal Placement And Operation Of Advertising Facilities, Constructions For Advertising And Advertising On City Land, For A Fixed Period Until 31.12.2027. The City Of Trenčín, In The Interest Of Ensuring The Continuous Renewal Of Bus Stops And At The Same Time Ensuring Their Maintenance And Repairs, Announces This Public Tender, The Object Of Which Is To Obtain The Most Favorable Proposal For The Conclusion Of A Concession Contract According To These Tender Conditions. The Concessionaire Will Acquire, Among Other Things, The Right To Carry Out Business Activities On The Concession Property, Which Is The Provision Of Advertising Services, But At The Same Time He Will Be Obliged To Build Bus Stops And Bicycle Shelters At His Own Expense And To Ensure Their Maintenance, Repairs And Cleaning Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, While The Risk Of Insufficient Revenue From Advertising Activities To Cover The Costs Associated With The Construction, Maintenance, Repairs And Cleaning Of Bus Stops And Bicycle Shelters Is Borne By The Concessionaire. The City Of Trenčín Is Aware Of The Costs Associated With The Activity Of The Concessionaire, Especially When The Contract Becomes Effective, When It Will Be Necessary To Replace Or To Build New Bus Stops In The Entire Territory Of The City Of Trenčín, And With Regard To The Return Of These Costs, He Proposes A Long-Term Duration Of The Contractual Relationship For A Period Of 17 Years. For The Duration Of The Contract, As The Owner Of The Concession Property, The City Of Trenčín Will Provide All The Necessary Cooperation In The Permitting Process For The Construction Of Bus Stops, Bicycle Shelters And Information Structures, But Will Not Be Responsible For The Timely And Complete Submission Of Proposals Necessary For The Placement Of Information Structures On The Concession Property To The Concessionaire, Nor For Possible Restrictions On Its Business Activities Due To E.G. Delayed Or Incorrect Design Mainly, But Not Exclusively, According To The Building Code. In This Context, The City Of Trenčín Warns Interested Parties About The Limitation Of The Duration Of Information Structures (Advertising Panels, Citylight Showcases) According To Act No. 25/2025 Coll. The Construction Act And On Amendments And Supplements To Certain Acts (Construction Act), As Amended. The City Of Trenčín Announces A Competition For The Most Suitable Proposal For The Conclusion Of A Concession Contract, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Transfer Of Concession Property - Real Estate: Land For The Purpose Of Locating 131 Bus Stops, 6 Bicycle Shelters And 74 Citylight Showcases (Hereinafter Referred To As Clv) To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 Of These
