Software Implementation Services - Development, Testing And Piloting Of An Integrated Intelligent E-Government Platform Services Within The Project Digital Integration For The Municipality Of Tćarăveni, Smis Code 336275. The Object Of The Procurement Procedure Consists In Contracting The Development, Testing And Piloting Services Of An Integrated Smart E-Government Platform At The Level Of The Municipality Of Târnăveni, Together With The Provision Of The Hardware Infrastructure And Software Licenses (Development Platform) Necessary For The Development, Testing And Piloting Environment, As Well As The Training Of Users And Administrators, In Order To Support The Digital Development Process And Increase The Degree Of Digitization At The Local Public Administration Level. The Integrated Intelligent E-Government Platform Will Bring Together A Set Of 13 Functional Digital Solutions, Developed And Integrated Into A Unitary, Interoperable And Secure Technical Architecture, Which Will Enable The Digitization Of Public Services And The Optimization Of Administrative Processes. The Contract Includes The Following Components, Corresponding To The Lines In The Approved Budget Of The Project: (1) Development, Testing And Piloting Services Of The 13 Solutions, Including Design, Impact Assessment And Warranty; (2) Physical Assets Necessary For The Development/Testing/Piloting Environment: Development Server, Rack Server, Ups, Development Back-Up Equipment, Self-Tax Terminal; (3) Intangible Assets – Licenses Of The Development Platform (Specifications, Ch. 3.6.1); (4) User Training – 18 People; (5) Administrator Training – 2 People. Single Digital Counter For Energy Efficiency. 10. Open Data Publishing Platform. 11. Digital Assistant For Civil Servants. 12. E-Learning Platform For Continuous Adaptive Training Of Civil Servants. 13.Cyber ​​Security Solution (Anonymization Of Personal Data, Access Management And Digital Identity Management Of Users).
