The Assignment Includes: - The Ready-To-Use And Fully Functional Delivery Of Touchscreens Including Accessories, Whereby Mini Pcs Made Available By The Client Must Be Integrated Where Appropriate; - Providing Various Mounting Options And Setups For Touchscreens. The Exact Request Is Included In The Registration Form; - Installing, Mounting, Configuring, Installing And Putting Into Use Touchscreens And Accessories; - Dismantling And Disposing Of Existing Touchscreens And Associated Mounting Materials If This Is Necessary For The Execution Of The Assignment; - Moving Existing Touchscreens And Associated Accessories Within And Between Rvko Locations, Including Transport, Dismantling, Moving, Reinstalling And Reassembling. The Service Also Includes The Proper Removal Of Cabling, Testing The Operation After Relocation, Processing Any Necessary Changes In The Management Or Registration Systems (Such As Cmdb), Guaranteeing A Safe Final Installation And Delivery Of A Fully Functioning Installation. The Contractor Is Responsible For Adequate Insurance And Liability Coverage During The Execution Of The Move. The Warranty Applies To The Assembly And Installation Work Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Agreement. The Move Is Deemed To Have Been Completed After Acceptance Of The Working Installation By The Client; - Supplying Additional Accessories And Related Products Related To The Assignment; - Providing Solicited And Unsolicited Advice; - Providing User Instructions, Training And Knowledge Transfer; - Providing Maintenance, Service, Support And Warranty, Whereby The Contractor Is Responsible For Both Corrective And Preventive Maintenance Of The Supplied Touchscreens And Accessories; - For The Installed Base Present At The Start Of The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Acts As Spoc For Malfunctions, Maintenance And Warranty Matters. The Contractor Also Carries Out The Preventive Maintenance Described In The Schedule Of Requirements For The Installed Base Belonging To The Scope; - Resolving Malfunctions And Defects In Accordance With The Agreed Service Levels; - Periodically Providing Management Information And Participating In Contract Meetings.
