Furthermore, The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision Of Cable Routing To The Photovoltaic Panels In The Wall Of The Column Or In The Niche Of Switchboards, Execution Of Internal Plastering Incl. Installation After Electrical Installation, Painting Of Door Frames And Delivery And Installation Of Doors Including Fittings, As Well As Dismantling Of Floor Coverings, Leveling Of Floors In Common Areas Of The Building, Repairs Of Non-Cohesive Concrete Screeds, Surface Treatment Or Painting. There Will Also Be Disassembly And Reassembly Of Cast Iron Heating Elements Incl. Painting And Delivery And Installation Of Thermal Heads, Removal Of The Existing 2 Gas Boilers, Delivery Of A Gas Condensing Boiler With An Output Of 49.9 Kw And An Electric Boiler Of 18 Kw Incl. New Gas Distribution And Construction Of The Chimney Body. At The Same Time, The Roof Sheathing Will Be Insulated, A Foil Covering With Stone Infill Will Be Installed, New External Downspouts Will Be Made, And The Attic Will Be Sheeted So That A Pv Plant With Smart Power Management Of 48 Kwp And A 48 V Battery Storage Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Provision Of Pv Plant Service Support, The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Draft Of The Order Agreement.
