The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Sodium Chloride In An Amount Of 72 Tons (Hereinafter Referred To As The Product). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Means Of Proof In Question: 4.1. In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Complies With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - I.E. In The Opz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: 1) A Current Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health - National Institute Of Hygiene, Authorizing The Product For Use In Water Intended For Consumption; 2) Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm Compliance With All Requirements Specified In Annex 5 To The Swz - I.E. Opz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Technical Specification Include Specific Numerical Values ​​For The Parameters Indicated In The Opz (Apart From The Form). The Ordering Party Allows Providing Parameters In Units Other Than Those Indicated In The Opz, Provided That They Can Be Converted Into The Units Specified Therein. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz. 4.2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Referred To Above, Or If The Evidence Submitted Turns Out To Be Incomplete, It Will Call On The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act, To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Deadline.
