Medical Equipments – X-Ray Machine – Perioperative C-Arm Including Accessories And Post-Warranty Activities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of An X-Ray Device - Perioperative C-Arm Including Accessories And Provision Of Warranty Activities (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Device, Goods, Medical Device/S Or Simply Zp) For The Department Of Central Halls And Sterilization (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ocss), Based On A Purchase And Service Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is The Complete Preparation Of The Installation Site Using The Clients Existing Distribution Systems. In Case Of Unsatisfactory Condition, The Participant Must Indicate The Place Of Installation Incl. Necessary Media To Such A State That His Goods Are Fully Functional. All Possible Construction Work And Installation Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Fnhk Standards (See Appendix No. 7 Zd – Terms And Conditions). The Subject Of This Public Contract Also Includes: • Provision Of Post-Warranty Activities For The Goods For An Indefinite Period, Based On The Purchase And Service Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation. • Dismantling And Take-Back Of Refurbished Equipment (Siemens Arcadis Orbic) Of The Client, On The Basis Of A Work Contract For Dismantling And Take-Back, Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation.
