The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Hardware Or Computer Equipment) Necessary For The Creation, Implementation And Operation Of Public E-Services As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of The It Infrastructure Of The Psychiatric Hospital Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Węgorzewo In Order To Increase Cybersecurity In The E-Health System Along With The Expansion Of E-Services Implemented Under The European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021–2027. The Delivery Includes: 1) 78 Desktop Computers (Central Units); 2) 78 Monitors; 3) 1D/2D Barcode Scanners In The Amount Of 78 Pieces. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, From Current Production Lines (Produced After January 1, 2026) And From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market. None Of The Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Offered Under This Order May Be Covered By The Recommendation Of The Government Plenipotentiary For Cybersecurity Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security (In Accordance With Article 226(1)(17) Of The Public Procurement Law), None Of The Offered Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes May Come From An Entity And Does Not Cover The Type Of Product/Service/Process Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier (In Accordance With Article 226(1)(19) Of The Public Procurement Law).
