Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Bkp 281.5 Artificial Stone And Tile Flooring | Extension Of The Tbs5 Gymnasium Building, Weinfelden. Description Of Contract: Execution Of All Artificial Stone And Tiling Works As Part Of The Extension Of The Tbs5 Gymnasium Building In Weinfelden. The Scope Of Works Includes The Supply And Professional Installation Of Artificial Stone Flooring, Including Stair Treads And Landings, As Well As The Supply And Installation Of Wall Tiles In The Sanitary Facilities. The Works Include All Necessary Preparatory Work, Substrate Preparation And Installation Work, As Well As All Required Cutting, Fitting And Finishing Work. This Includes, In Particular, The Formation Of Edges, Connections, Transitions And Joints, Together With All Ancillary Works Necessary To Ensure Complete And Professional Execution. All Works Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Documents, Drawings, Technical Requirements, And Applicable Standards And Regulations. Subject Of The Contract: As Part Of The Project, The Existing Gymnasium Will Be Extended By Adding Two Additional Floors For Use As A Secondary School. The Extension Will Be Constructed Using Timber Element Construction. The New/Extended Staircases Will Be Built As Double-Shell Structures In Exposed Concrete. The Two-Story Extension Will Include 12 Classrooms (One Of Which Will Be Equipped As A Learning Space), 7 Group Rooms, And Two Staff Rooms With A Terrace. At The Heart Of The School, A Single-Story Atrium (Open To The Outside Climate) Is Designed. Special Conditions: The Renovation Will Take Place Predominantly During Ongoing Operations. A Complete Closure Of The Gymnasium Is Only Planned For The Duration Of The Timber Construction Work For The Extension
