Software Development Services – Development And Installation Of Digital Infrastructure For The Operation Of The Work Card System In The Public Sector. The Object Of The Contract Is The Creation And Installation Of An Integrated System And Technological Equipment For The Accurate And Transparent Digital Recording Of The Attendance And Departure From Work Of Employees In The Public Sector, With The Possibility Of Biometric Identification As Well As The Interface With The Hrms And The Local Hrms Of The Organizations For The Disposal Of The Primary Data. Their Workplaces (Hereinafter Entry/Exit Recording), With Availability Through Interoperability Of All Primary Data For Use By The Hrms And Local Hrms, With The Aim Of Storing And Secondary Detailed Administrative Processing Thereof, Semantic Checks And Combination With The Rest Of The Personnel Management Data That The Systems In Question Maintain, In Accordance With The Specific Operational Roles Of These Systems. In Particular, As Far As The Hrms Is Concerned, The Utilization Of Said Data Is Expected To Be Carried Out By The Work Card Mechanism, While By The Local Hrms By The Relevant Timekeeping Subsystem. It Is Noted That The New System Does Not Concern Issues Or Functions Of Personnel Management Or Administrative Structures At Any Functional Level Or Subsystem. In Particular, It Is A Large-Scale Distributed System, Operating Throughout The Territory, Consisting Of A Large Number Of Scattered Multifunctional Terminals And Central Applications Of Management, Control And Interoperability. In This Context, A Selected Subset Of The Administrative Data Held In The Sdds Concerning The Register Of Entities, The Register Of Employees And Labor Relations Should Be Drawn From The Sdds And Synchronized With The New System Through Interoperability, For The Purposes Of Uniform Coding And Completeness Of Management Of The Components Introduced By The New System.
