The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Storing, Packaging, Shipping And Transport Of The Book Institutes Publications In 2027. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Accepting Deliveries Of Publications, 2) Unloading And Qualitative (In Terms Of Damage To The Goods And Initial Assessment Of The Quality Of The Publication In Accordance With The Provisions Indicated In Opz, Chapter Iii, Point 8) And Quantitative (In Terms Of Compliance With The Delivery Document) Verification Of Deliveries, 3) Storage And Warehousing Of Publications, 4) Packaging Of Publications, 5) Picking, Packing And Shipping Of Shipments, 6) Transport Of Publications, Including One-Time Transport Warehouse Resources From The Ordering Partys Warehouse At The Commencement Of The Service, As Well As Final Settlement And Preparation Of The Stored Publications For Transport And Their Release To The Ordering Party Or The Ordering Partys Designated Representative Upon Completion Of The Service, 7) Operation Of The Defect Warehouse And The Sales Warehouse, 8) Performing Additional Work Related To The Preparation Of Publications For Distribution. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex A To The Swz. The Order Provides For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right. The Option Concerns The Provision Of Services Identical To The Basic Order For A Period Of Up To 6 Consecutive Months. The Qualitative Scope Of An Option Contract Is The Same As The Qualitative Scope Of The Basic Contract, While The Quantitative Scope Of An Option Contract May Be Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. The Contractor Will Store The Publications In A Warehouse Located No Further Than Within A Radius Of 30 Kilometers In A Straight Line From The Warsaw Office Of The Ordering Party, Located At: 00-372 Warszawa, Ul. Foksal 17. In The Offer, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Address Details Of The Warehouse Along With The Distance. The Ordering Party Will Verify The Given Distance Using Publicly Available Mapping Tools (E.G. Google Maps
