69-Bym-2026 Procurement Of Contractor - Bestumkilen Coastal Path . Description The Project Division At Park And Outdoor Projects Will Procure A Contractor For The Establishment Of A New Coastal Path In Bestumkilen. The Coastal Path Will Be Built Partly As A Boardwalk On Stilts And Partly As A Gravel Path Over Privately And Publicly Owned Properties. The Planning Area For The Coastal Path Includes An Area From The End Of The Coastal Path At Maxbo Outside Drammensveien 214 And Past Drammensveien 198. The Coastal Path Is Approx. 480 Meters Long And Will Be Approx. 2 Meters Wide With Width Extension For Benches And Seating In Some Selected Places. It Is Not Of High Complexity, But The Project Includes Strict Requirements For Handling Contaminated Masses, Work In Water, And Coordination With Activities Of Nearby Businesses In Boating And Outdoor Activities. Consultant Pir2 Has Carried Out Detailed Engineering In 2026. Quantity Layout And Description Are In Accordance With Ns 3420. The Project Is An Execution Contract In Accordance With Ns 8405. The Contractor Is Responsible For Planning And Establishing Rigging Space, As Well As Permits For This. The Contractor Must Expect That Parts Of The Work And Material Deliveries Must Be Carried Out From The Sea Side. There Is An Approved Framework Application From August 2026. An Application To The State Administrator For Work At Sea Is Being Processed With An Expected Response November/December 2026. Permission From The State Administrator Must Be Available Before You Can Apply For A Permit To Start Work At Sea. A Preliminary Statement From Vav Has Been Obtained. Bym Pays For And Sends An Application For A Start-Up Permit And An Application For A Completion Certificate. Bym Will Also Pay For The Execution Of An Independent Check Of Geotechnics. The Estimated Duration Of The Contract, Including Any Options Is: November 2026-July 2027
