Descriptiondescription Of The Assignment The Contracting Authority Wishes To Purchase Consulting Services For Review And Assessment Of Existing Fire Documentation For Pre-Purpose Buildings. The Assignment Involves Reviewing And Quality Assurance Of Existing Documentation, And Updating Or Preparing New Ones As Necessary. Documentation Applies To, For Example, Fire Concept, Fire Drawings, Technical Documentation, Checklists, Routine Checks, Operation Of The Building And More, Which Is Necessary According To Applicable Requirements For The Owners Responsibility To Take Care Of Fire Prevention And Fire Protection. The Need Primarily Includes Purpose-Built Buildings, Including Nursing Homes, Care Buildings, Schools, Kindergartens And Administration Buildings. The Building Has Different Age, Use And Complexity. The Assignment Is Planned To Be Divided Into Two Phases. The First Phase Includes The Three Nursing Homes That Have Different Statuses On Their Existing Documentation. These Can Form The Basis For Assessing The Process And Method For The Other Purpose-Built Buildings, About 20 Buildings, As A Phase 2. Phase 2 Will Be Optional. In Phase 1, The Supplier Must Carry Out A Review Of The Three Nursing Homes With Existing Documentation, Assess Whether It Is Complete And Sufficient To Ensure Operation Of The Building Against Requirements For Fire Prevention And Fire Protection. The Delivery Must Give The Client An Overview Of The Status, Deviations, Deficiencies And Recommended Measures. The Assignment Includes Updating Or Preparing Fire Documentation If This Proves Necessary. There Is Also A Need For Training And Communication Aimed At Internal Employees To Ensure That The Owners Responsibility In Relation To Fire Prevention Is Safeguarded, And To Lay The Foundations For Different Users Of The Building To Fulfill Their Duty To Internal Control. The Selected Supplier And Client Will Work Together To Prepare A Plan For The Assignment, Including Timetable, Scope And Boundaries. Physical Measures On Or In The Building Are Not Part Of The Assignment.
