The Subject Of This Order For The Supply Of Goods Is To Ensure The Purchase And Supply Of Natural Gas For The Years 2027 And 2028, Together With Distribution And Transportation Services Associated With The Purchase And Supply Of Natural Gas For The 5 Sampling Points Specified By The Contracting Authority, Including The Transfer Of Responsibility For The Deviation To The Supplier. The Supply Of Natural Gas Together With Distribution And Transport Services Must Be Ensured In Accordance With Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended And Pursuant To Act No. 250/2012 Coll. On Regulation In Network Industries As Amended Later.
