The Municipality Of Kropp Intends To Expand The Geestlandschule With A New Two-Story Building For The Open All-Day School (Ogs). The Tender Documents Include The Roof And Roof Plumbing Work On The Flat Roof (Approx. 500 M²) With Reinforced Concrete Attic. This Includes Vapor Barrier, Eps Gradient Insulation (On Average 24 Cm) With Throats And Pork Back, Two-Layer Bitumen Waterproofing As Well As Insulation And Sealing Of The Parapet (Approx. 75 M). This Also Includes A Gravel Fill With Slab Paths, An Rwa Light Dome With An Exit Function, A Cable Bushing And The Interface Services For A Ballasted Pv System. In Addition, There Is The Attic Drainage With Emergency Spouts, Square Downpipes And Standpipes, Attic And Downpipe Niche Cladding In Titanium Zinc, A Folding Attic Railing As Fall Protection (Approx. 75 M) And The Base Seals In Accordance With Din 18533.
