The Tender Relates To A Contract For An Assault Alarm System And Associated Equipment For The Regions Staff And Citizens, Including Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of Equipment And Software. Assault Alarm System Must Be Used For Approx. 1,750 Employees With Approx. 500 Simultaneous Users/Employees Distributed Over 20 Locations (Detailed Information About The Locations Follows From The Tender Conditions). With The Upcoming Contract, The Customer Wishes To Purchase A Future-Proof, Coherent Burglar Alarm System That Will Contribute To Increasing Staff Safety. The Customers Intention With The Acquisition Is To Optimize And Modernize The Citizen-Oriented Care Work At The Centers And Ensure A Safe Working Environment For The Staff. The Customer Wants A Solution That Can Notify Staff Of Both Actively And Passively Triggered Alarms And Emergency Calls Related To Events That Have Occurred, For Example When An Employee Or A Citizen Activates Alarms And Emergency Calls. The Solution Is Also Expected To Be Able To Notify Staff Of Potentially Impending Incidents Such As Atypical And Potentially Inappropriate Behavior By Citizens. Assault Alarm System Includes: • Personnel Protection With Assault Alarm And Colleague Assistance For Staff At The Centres. • Resident Emergency And Service Calls At The Centres. • Positioning At Room And Zone Level. • Securing The Centers With Automatically Generated Alarms When Residents Pass Building Sections, External Doors And Cadastral Boundaries. • App Solution For Smartphone And Tablet (Ios/Android) For Receiving Alarms. • Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of Equipment And Administration System. The Requested Assault Alarm System Thus Includes All Necessary And Relevant Equipment And Infrastructure Elements As Well As Activities Associated With The Implementation, Setup And Maintenance Of Equipment. The Assault Alarm System Also Includes The Customers Access To Independently Manage And Configure The Solution Via A Suitable Administration Module. The Customer Has Therefore Deemed It Most Appropriate That The Overall Solution Is Delivered In The Same Contract, As This Will Provide The Opportunity To Carry Out Overall Administration Of The Solution, Which Supports Efficient Workflows At The Customer.
