Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tender With Negotiation Regarding Total Consultancy For Vordingborg Municipalitys Joint Project For Coastal Protection Of Præstø City. Vordingborg Municipality Is Carrying Out A Joint Municipal Project On The Coastal Protection Of Præstø Town According To The Coastal Protection Acts Chapter 1 A. The Project Must Contribute To Protecting Præstø Town From Flooding From Præstø Fjord And From Floods That Occur Due To The Coincidence Of Increased Water Levels In The Fjord And Runoff From Tubæk Å And The Catchment Area. The Offer Concerns An Interdisciplinary Total Consultancy Agreement. The Advisory Team Must Include The Necessary Competences In Particular In Coastal And Construction Engineering, Landscape Architecture And Urban Space, Land Surveyor Professional Services As Well As Legal Assistance Regarding The Distribution Of Contributions And Statutes. In Close Cooperation With Vordingborg Municipality, The Consultant Must Concretize The Idea And Prepare The Decision And Application Basis That Is Necessary For The Further Processing By The Authorities. The Total Construction Budget, Incl. The Advisory Services, Based On The Existing And Currently Available Material, Is Estimated At Dkk 12,721,188.03 Excluding Vat. The Following Options Are Also Part Of The Tender: 1. Full Environmental Impact Report: The Consultant Must Prepare A Full Environmental Impact Report. 2. Tender Project: The Consultant Prepares A Complete Tender For The Project Approved By The Authorities. 3. Implementation Project: The Consultant Prepares Coordinated Detailed Planning And Necessary Calculations/Details For The Implementation Of All Permanent Construction Parts. 4. Execution: The Consultant Is In Charge Of Construction Management, Professional Supervision And Project Follow-Up During Execution. 5. Handover: The Consultant Is In Charge Of Construction Management, Professional Supervision And Project Follow-Up In Relation To Delivery, Including 1-Year Inspection.
