Supply Of s & i of body shell items & partition frames (km mc &tc rvnl) , supply and installation body shell items & partition frames for km/mc,tc,tc 2/rvnl coaches as per drg nos, 1. 98310025, alt nil - 1 no, 2. 98310024, alt a - 2 nos, 3. 983100 06, alt nil - 3 nos, 4. 98310023, alt nil - 1 no, 5. 98310005, alt nil - 1 no, 6. 99510004, alt b - 8 n os, 7. 99510003, alt b - 8 nos, 8. 98310010, alt nil - 3 nos, 9. 99510001, item 10, alt nil - 8 nos. t he firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-313, issue status-01,re v.01. special condition : installation required annexure a dated 13.09.2023 to be followe d 1. the frame work and weld parts shall be packed in the container/steel pallet as per icf/j&t/sk-186 5-alt b. 2. the weld parts shall be placed at the bottom and frame work at the top. 3. other partition rames not fitting in the container shall be stacked one over the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 4. packing and placing of the items to be such that the frames could be remove d easily from the packing prior to weld parts without any damages. 5. the height of each stack shall n ot exceed 750mm for easy handling. 6. suitable and sufficient packing strips to be used such that sta cked items do not disintegrate during transit, storage and handling. there will be minor change s in the drawings. the supplier shall obtain the latest drawings before commencing ma nufacturing.
