1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Task Called: Construction Of A Village Community Center With A Garage Part And Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Węzina On Plot No. 16/5. The Task Includes The Construction Of A Single-Story Building With An Attic And No Basement On A Foundation Slab. The Building Will Be Constructed Using Traditional Technology - Brick With A Gable Roof, Symmetrical, Wooden Structure With An Inclination Of The Main Slopes Of 35, Covered With Red Ceramic Tiles2.The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Community Center Building With A Garage Part With A Building Area Of Approx. 200 M22) Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Network And Construction Of An Underground Water Supply System Ending With A Water Meter Well; 3) Construction Of A Water Connection From The Water Supply Network; 4) Construction Of An Energy Connection, An Underground Energy Installation Ended With An External Meter Box; 5) Underground Sewage System Ending With A Tight Waste Tank;6) Hardening The Area With 4 Parking Spaces (1 For Disabled People);7) Hardening The Square For Solid Waste Containers;8) Tight Liquid Waste Tank With A Prefabricated Or Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structure With A Capacity Of 10 M3.9) Tight Underground Rainwater Retention Tank With Usable Capacity 3 M3 Made Of Plastic, Resistant To Weather Conditions And Corrosion; 10) Hardening Of The Area (Sidewalks, Roads, Communication); 11) Disassembly And Reassembly Of The External Gym Elements In The Place Indicated By The Investor. 3. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Full Geodetic Services (All Required Geodetic Measurements, Including Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory); 2) Performing The Following Tests, Tests And Measurements Required By Law And Specified In The Swz (Including The Technical Specification), 3) Preparing On Time The Necessary Documents Required For The Implementation Of The Works, Such As: A Statement From The Construction Manager, Works Managers, As Well As All Other Documents Required During Construction (E.G. Declarations On The Readiness Of The Connected Installation) And For Acceptance Of The Works, 4) Preparing As-Built Documentation.4.The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Was Determined In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law By Means Of: 1) Design Documentation /Appendix No. 7/2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) /App. No. 8/As Well As Additionally Based On: 3) Bills Of Quantities /App. No. 9/.
