1) The Subject Of The Order Are Postal Services, Including: A) Sending And Delivering Unregistered And Registered Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Both Priority And Economical S, M, L Formats; B) Sending And Delivering Postal Items With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, Both Priority And Economical, S, M, L Formats; C) Sending And Delivering Courier Parcels; D) Returning Postal Items To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them To The Addressees, E) Delivering Confirmation Of Receipt To The Ordering Partys Registered Office. Providing Postal Services Consisting In Accepting Letter Items, Postal Parcels, Including Registered Items And Courier Items (Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments), In Domestic And Foreign Trade, Moving And Delivering Them To Addressees, Making Possible Returns Of Items Undelivered, Complaint Proceedings Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law. The Amounts Of Correspondence Sent By The Ordering Party Are Estimates. The Actual Number Of Services Provided Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And Specifying The Maximum Nominal Value In The Contract Cannot (In The Event Of Smaller Needs) Be The Basis For Claims From The Contractor.
