The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: The Subject Of The Contract Is One Construction Task Carried Out On One Continuous Road Section (Linear Structure). The Material Scope Includes Closely Related And Consecutive Road Works (Measurement And Demolition Works, Earthworks And Construction Of The Sub-Base, Laying Of Bitumen Layers Of The Surface, Setting Of Curbs, Stops And Edges, Construction Of Pavement And Exits From Concrete Blocks, Construction Of Roadsides And Drainage And Finishing Works), Which Are Technologically Interdependent And Must Be Performed In A Specific Sequence By One Contractor Responsible For All The Works, In Particular For Proper Preparation Substrate And The Continuity And Homogeneity Of The Surface Covered By One Warranty. Division Into Separate Parts Would Require The Coordination Of Several Different Contractors Operating Simultaneously On The Same Short Section Of The Road, Which Would Create A Significant Risk Of Collision Of Works, Difficulties In Determining Responsibility For Possible Defects (Including In The Contact Zones Of Layers And Works) And Would Significantly Hamper Supervision. The Scope Of Works Is Small And Does Not Organizationally Or Economically Justify The Division Into Separate Contracts - A Joint Tender Allows Obtaining A Better Price Thanks To Techno
