The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Task Titled: Renovation Works On The Ground Floor And The First Floor Of The Building Of The Spa Childrens Hospital Olszówka In Rabka Zdrój, Taking Into Account The Works Performed As Part Of The Thermal Modernization Task, And The Renovation Of The Second Floor Performed In 2023-2024, And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Order Includes Multi-Disciplinary Works On The Ground And First Floors As Well As The Necessary Connections And Devices Serving These Floors, Indicated In The Documentation, Also Outside Their Area. Investment Address: Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 8, 34-700 Rabka-Zdrój. Building: Spa Childrens Hospital Olszówka. The Renovated Floors Will Be Closed For Use During The Works. Medical Activities Will Be Carried Out In The Remaining Part Of The Building. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified Jointly In This Swz, Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Annex No. 13 To The Swz. It Does Not Include Prices Or The Value Of The Investors Estimate. The Bill Of Quantities Is The Applicable Template For The Offer Cost Estimate Submitted With The Offer. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum; The Rules For Preparing A Cost Estimate And Taking Into Account The Full Scope Described Are Set Out In Chapter 15 Of The Swz. The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In This Chapter, Including The Reuse Of Elements From Thermal Modernization, The Use Of Low Shower Trays, The Preparation Of Utility Connections For Hydrotherapy Devices, The Icu Door With A Privatization Function And A Separate Power Supply For The Icu, Constitute Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Is Not Planned To Re-Perform Properly Completed Thermal Modernization Works Or Renovate The Second Floor; Only Necessary Interventions In Making The Indicated Installation Connections And Their Reconstruction Are Permitted. The Order Does Not Include The Replacement Of The Passenger Lift And Its Doors, Delivery And Installation Of Sap/Ssp Detectors Or Activation Of The Fire Alarm Control Panel. However, It Includes The Ssp Preparatory Wiring, Terminations, Boxes, Cable Reserves, Markings And Measurements Specified In The Documentation. The Ordering Party Provides Furniture, Hydrotherapy Devices, A Ups Device And Mobile Medical Equipment For The Icu. The Contractors Scope Includes Preparing The Installation For Their Connection. Permanent Installations, Medical Gas Consumption Points And Over-Bed Panels Specified In The Medical Gases Project Belong To The Scope Of The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Documentation For The Procedure In Question.
