The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Footbridge Over The Drama River In Kamieniec, Along With Strengthening The Riverbed, Hardening Pedestrian Paths And Installing External Lighting, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Architectural And Construction Authority And The Decision On Building Permit No. 1227/22. A Footbridge Was Designed With An Axle Span Of 9.40 M And A Total Length Of 10.0 M. The Structure Of The Footbridge Was Designed As Two Main Girders Made Of The Heb140 Section With An Axial Spacing Of 1.32 M. Bracing Ribs Were Designed Between The Sections (Approximately Every 0.82 M), Which Also Supported The Platform Made Of 10 Mm Thick Grooved Sheet Metal. The Whole Thing, Including The Balustrades On Both Sides, Was Supported By Bearings On Supports Constituting Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Foundations Supported By Leveling Concrete On 80 Cm Concrete Rings Filled With Concrete (Two Pieces For Each Support). Three Park Lanterns With A Height Of 6 M Were Designed Along The Paved Pedestrian Paths Leading To The Newly Designed Footbridge. The Installation Of Terrain Stairs Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Steps Was Also Planned. Placed On Dry Concrete Foundations. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Demolition Works, B) Measurement Works, C) Earthworks, D) Surface Works And Works On The River Bed, E) Construction Of Foundations And A Footbridge, F) Lighting. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Obligation And Costs Of Ordering Supervision To The Owner/Supervisor Of The Network During The Performance Of Works Within Or On The Network In The Event Of A Possible Collision. The Contractor Will Submit Work Acceptance Reports Written With The Owner Of The Networks Within Or On Which He Performed The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration) To Introduce And Maintain Any Road Traffic Organization Related To Securing The Construction Site During The Works. During The Works, Permanent Access To All Properties Located In The Vicinity Of The Footbridge Under Construction Must Be Ensured (Especially Emergency Services). After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation, Including: Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Approvals, Declarations, Approvals And Certificates For The Materials Used, Protocols Of Inspections, Tests, Etc., And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Including Occupancy Permits Or Certificates From Architectural And Construction Authorities. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
