The Subject Of The Order Includes:  Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Zso No. 1 - Documentation At The General Education School Complex No. 1 In Kwidzyn At Ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 12; - Submitting An Effective Application For A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision; - Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works. As Part Of The Works, It Is Planned To Build An Internal Elevator, Enabling People With Disabilities To Use The Buildings Rooms On The Ground Floor, Ground Floor And First Floor. The Scope Of The Task Includes Renovation Of Utility Rooms, Such As Classrooms, Corridors And Sanitary Rooms. The Rooms Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Users And To Applicable Construction And Conservation Regulations. Additionally, The Building Will Be Adapted To Fire Protection Requirements, Including The Separation Of Fire Zones, Installation Of Appropriate Safety Devices And Ensuring Safe Evacuation Of Users. Adaptation Of The Facility To A Temporary User Shelter (Mds). Renovation, Conservation And Restoration Of Historic Rooms With Restoration Of Historical Colors, Conservation And Reconstruction Of Interior Design, Stucco, Rosettes And Architectural Details In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines. Preparation Of Cost Estimate And Formal And Legal Documentation: Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
