1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Integration Of The Access Control System (Skd) And The Ip Video Intercom Set. The Scope Includes Comprehensive Delivery Of Devices And Materials, Assembly, Making The Necessary Connections, Configuration, Commissioning, Integration, Tests, Training And Submission Of Documentation - To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Sopz). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Including Technical Requirements And Implementation Conditions, Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Places Of Contract Execution: 1. School Complex Named After Armii Krajowej In Jedlicze, Ul. 1000-Lecia 15, 38-460 Jedlicze.2. Secondary School Named After M. Konopnicka In Jedlicze, Ul. Dubisa 7, 38-460 Jedlicze.3. School Complex In Iwonicz, Ul. Zadwór 15, 38-440 Iwonicz.4. Catering And Hotel School Complex In Iwonicz-Zdrój, Ul. Piwarski 19, 38-440 Iwonicz-Zdrój.2.If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process, These Indications Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Criteria For Assessing Equivalence Are Set Out In Annex 4 To The Swz. The Offered Equivalent Solutions Must Meet The Requirements Indicated Therein. The Contractor Referring To Equivalent Solutions Demonstrates In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Art. 99-101 Of The Public Procurement Law And The Principles Specified In Swz.3.When Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Attached Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Description Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4. The Technical And Qualitative Features Of The Subject Of The Order Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area.
