The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil (On) In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 To An Above-Ground Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Services Company In Borne Sulinowo At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 26. 2. The Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Oil To Be Purchased During The Order Execution Period Is Approximately 70,000 Liters.3.The Given Amount Of Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used To Determine The Value Of The Order And Calculate The Offer Price. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Purchased Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.4.The Ordering Party Will Settle Accounts With The Contractor For The Actual Amount Of Fuel Delivered And Collected, Confirmed By The Delivery Documents.5.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Estimated Amount Of Fuel. For This Reason, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claims For Payment For Undelivered Fuel Or Claims For Compensation Related To The Failure To Use The Estimated Quantity, Subject To Mandatory Provisions Of Law. 6. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order Is 55,000 Liters Of Fuel.7.The Maximum Quantity Of Diesel Oil That Can Be Purchased Under The Contract Is 80,000 Liters Of Diesel Fuel.8.Fuel Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Directly To The Above-Ground Tank.9.A Single Delivery Will Approximately Range From 1,000 To 5,000 Liters, Taking Into Account The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Safe Capacity Of The Tank At The Time Of Delivery.10. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail To The Address Indicated By The Contractor, By Phone Or Via The Online Platform Provided By The Contractor, If The Contractor Has Such A Platform, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.11. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Delivery Within No More Than 24 Hours Of Receiving The Order.12. Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days, Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays, Unless The Ordering Party And The Contractor Agree On A Different Date.13. The Fuel Will Be Delivered Using An Appropriate Means Of Transport That Meets The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, In Particular Those Regarding The Transport Of Dangerous Goods, Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection, If These Regulations Apply To A Given Delivery.14. The Measuring Device Used To Measure The Amount Of Fuel Dispensed Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Metrological Regulations. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Current Document Confirming Legalization Or Meeting Appropriate Metrological Requirements At The Request Of The Ordering Party.15. The Supplied Diesel Oil Must Meet The Quality Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, Relevant Standards And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Qu
