The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Providing Accommodation And Meals In The Town Of Suche Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Town Of Suche, Counted In A Straight Line As The Radius Of The Circle, As Well As Recreational And Sports Facilities During A Sports Camp For Students Of The Sports Class Of The Public Primary School No. 12. John Paul Ii In Stalowa Wola On December 1-04, 2026.2. The Group Of Participants Consists Of An Estimated 21 People.3. The Number Of People Indicated By The Central Ordering Party, I.E. 21 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Is An Estimate (Maximum), Allowing For A Correct Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Number 21 To Calculate His Offer. 4. The Central Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) The Number Of Participants Indicated In Point 2 By A Maximum Of 3 People (Without The Contractors Right To Claim In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 18 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp.5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Accommodation And Meals As Well As Recreational And Sports Facilities During A Four-Day (Three-Person-Day) Sports Camp.6. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation - Accommodation In The Center With Meals, Of A Standard Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of The Participants And Providing Catering Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfasts, Lunches And Dinners. In Order To Verify Whether The Center Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor Is Located At A Maximum Distance Of 25 Km From The Town Of Rajskie, The Central Ordering Party Will Use Publicly Available And Free Tools.2) Meals For The Participants Camp: 3 X 21 Breakfasts, 3 X 21 Lunches, 3 X 21 Dinners. 3) Recreational And Sports Facilities: Providing Free Places To Conduct Recreational And Sports Activities (Swimming Pool And Jacuzzi, Room With A Foosball Table, Ski Slope). In Order To Verify Whether The Recreational And Sports Base Is Located At A Maximum Distance Of 1.5 Km From The Center Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor, The Central Ordering Party Will Use Publicly Available And Free Tools.7.
