The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Simplified Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Renovation Of Class Iv Flood Embankments, Including The Removal Of Damage Caused By The Flood In September 2024. The Renovation Is To Consist In Restoring The Continuity And Required Geometry Of The Embankment Body, Local Alignment Of The Grade And The Width Of The Crown, Improving The Geometry Of The Slopes And Removing Bushes - Hindering The Proper Operation Of The Embankment, Documentation Is To Be Prepared In The Form Of A Works Notification. The Scope Of Design Work Should Include Work That Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit, Environmental Or Water Law Decisions And Only Involves Restoring The Original Condition Of These Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Including The Development Of Geodetic Documentation Together With The Development Of A Map, Understanding The Legal Status Of The Property, Detailed Technical Inventory Of Facilities And Equipment, Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs, Development Of Design Documentation (Hydrological And Hydraulic Calculations, Technical Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate).
