Part I Of The Subject Of The Order: Successive, Independent Refueling From Distributors To Cars And Equipment Of The District Road Authority In Leszno In Leszno, Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Of Not Less Than 95 In Accordance With The Pn-En 228 Standard - In The Amount Of 2,500 Liters, Successive, Independent Refueling Of Fuel By The Ordering Partys Employees, I.E. Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Of Not Less Than 95 In Accordance With The Pn-En 228 Standard At The Contractors Gas Stations Will Be Carried Out Through Ad Hoc, Cashless 24-Hour, 7-Day During The Week, Refueling Fuel Tanks Of Cars And Equipment, At Gas Stations Of The Contractor Who Submits The Most Advantageous Offer. 1) Contractor For The Order Referred To In Section 2 Above Will Ensure: A) The Possibility Of Refueling Fuel 24/7 As Needed By The Ordering Party; B) The Possibility Of Refueling Fuel Into Canisters For Small-Capacity Devices, E.G. Petrol Saws, Scythes, Vibrating Plates, Road Cutting Saws. 2) The Ordering Party Allows For The Collection Of The Above-Mentioned. Fuels Using: A) A Receipt Signed By The Person Collecting The Fuel, Or B) An Electronic Fleet Card System Secured With A Pin Code3) In The Situation Described In The Above-Mentioned Paragraph 2 Points 2 Letter A), The Ordering Party Will Receive Confirmation Of The Transaction (External Issues - Wz), Which Contains The Date, City, Registration Number, Person Collecting The Fuel, And The Cars Odometer Reading, Which Enables Control Of The Fuel Collected.4) In The Situation Described In The Above-Mentioned Paragraph 2 Points 2 Letter Lit. B), The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Cashless Fuel Collection Using A System Of Electronic Fleet Cards Secured With A Pin Code, And Ensures Cashless Transfer Of Fleet Cards Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Number Of Cards Will Be Determined Upon Execution Of The Contract. 5) The Ordering Party Allows For The Issuance Of Additional Fuel Cards Upon Registration Of A New Purchased Car Or Equipment For The Needs Of The District Road Authority In Leszno. 6) New Cards Are Issued To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge, And In The Event Of Their Loss Or Theft, The Contractor Will Issue Additional Or Replacement Cards. The Contractor Is To Ensure That The Card Is Blocked After Reporting Its Loss In The Network Of Sales Points And On The Contractors Website.7) If A Contractor Is Selected Whose Valid Cards The Ordering Party Already Has, It Is Possible To Waive The Need To Issue New Cards After Signing The Contract.
