Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services – Comprehensive Maintenance Of Mop In The Area Administered By The General Directorate For National Roads And Motorways, Branch In Szczecin – District In Szczecinek. The Order Covers The Provision Of Comprehensive Maintenance Services At The Mop, In Particular: A) Constant, 24-Hour Cleaning Of Stationary Toilet Buildings And Equipping Them With Hygienic And Operational Products; B) Regular Replenishment Of Toilet Paper, Soap, Cleaning And Fragrance Agents, Paper Towels; C) Unblocking Drains From Washbasins, Toilets And Urinals; D) Constant Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of Facades (Tile Elements) Outside Buildings; E) Constant, 24-Hour Cleaning Of Garbage From Mop Areas, Emptying External Bins On An Ongoing Basis, Sweeping Sidewalks And Paved Areas, Removing Grass And Weeds From Sidewalks And Paved Areas At The Curbs; F) Ongoing Checking Whether All Devices Installed In Toilets Are In Working Order, G) If Any Defects Are Found, They Should Be Recorded And Removed Immediately, And The Need For Warranty Repair Of The Devices Should Be Immediately Reported To The Ordering Party, H) Non-Warranty Defects, I.E. Acts Of Vandalism, Theft Or Mechanical Damage, Should Always Be Removed After Prior Notification To The Ordering Party. Repair Of Doors, Bathroom Fittings, Benches, Playground Equipment, Etc.), J) Systematic Cleaning Of The Surface And Drainage Elements Of The Mop Building And Adjacent Areas; K) Mowing Green Areas Within The Entire Mop In The Period From April To October At Least Twice A Month; L) Systematic Washing Of The External Equipment Of The Mop (Including Door Handles, Benches, Tables, Playground Elements); M) Annual (Post-Winter) Maintenance (Painting, Impregnation) Of Facility Equipment Elements; N) Annual Painting Of Internal Walls In The Toilet Building; O) Equipping Mops And Parking Lots With Garbage Bins And Containers For Waste Segregation; P) Systematic Emptying Of Garbage From Bins Located In Toilet Buildings And On The Premises Of The Mop; Q) Systematic Removal Of Collected Garbage And Pollutants - Contract For Waste Removal And Disposal On The Contractors Side; R) Provision Of Replacement (Portable) Toilets In The Event Of A Breakdown (The Number Of Replacement Toilets Must Be Equal To The Number Of Toilets Closed Due To A Breakdown); S) Maintenance, Maintenance And Inspection Of Equipment And Installations; T) Maintenance, Maintenance And Inspection Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations; U) Operating Costs (Purchase And Replenishment Of Bacteria For The Efficient Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Tank), Emptying And Disposal Of Liquid Waste From Tanks Free Of Charge
