Scope And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of District Road No. 1049C, Road No. 56 - Nowy Jasiniec (County Border) Serock - Łowin, Together With The Construction Of A Bicycle Road As Part Of The International Bicycle Road R1. The Road In Question Is Located In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Bydgoszcz County. 2) This Task Includes The Performance Of Part Of The Works Covered By The Attached Design Documentation, To The Extent Consistent With The Attached Bill Of Quantities. The Task Includes:  Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Entire Section From The Intersection Of District Road 1049C With Dk56 To The Border With Świecie Poviat, I.E. From Km 0+000 To Km 6+945 - (Length 6945 M) And  Construction Of A Road Section (Multi-Discipline) Leading Through Nowy Jasiniec, I.E. From Km 3+650 To Km 5+580 - (Length. 1930 M) - Middle Section Of The Road Attention! The Remaining Sections Of The Study - The Road Section From Km 0+000 To Km 3+650 And From Km 5+580 To Km 6+945 Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Tender. 3) Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Task Include The Following Industries: Bridge Engineering, Sanitary, Power And Telecommunications. The Exact Scope Of Work Of Individual Industries Is Shown In The Industry-Specific, Approved Documentation Attached To This Procedure And In The Attached Bills Of Quantities. 4) The Work Area Is Not Free From Infrastructure Facilities. In The Work Area, It Will Be Necessary To Reconstruct Parts Of The Existing Area Infrastructure. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Location Of Existing Devices, As Well As The Content Of Industry Agreements. 5) The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), As Well As, Additionally, The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To This Swz. 6) The Design Documentation Constituting The Basis For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Issued With A Final Decision Zrid Wn.673.27.2025 Of December 31, 2025. 7) The Contractor Will Provide Industry Works Managers (Point 2) With Appropriate Authorizations Necessary To Perform The Order In Question, Experience Guaranteeing Its Proper Execution And A Current Entry Into The Chamber Of Civil Engineers. 8) The Ordering Party Has Developed A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Task In Question. The Validity Period For Introducing The Temporary Traffic Organization Is July 31, 2027. The Attached, Prepared And Approved Documentation For The Temporary Traffic Organization Covers The Expansion Of The Entire Range From Km 0+000 To Km 6+945. Therefore, The Contractor May, At His Own Expense And At His Own Expense, Modify It According To A Given Stage Of Work, As Well As In Terms Of The Dates Of Their Introduction Or The Method Of Implementing The Temporary Organization, Taking Into Account His Technology And His Work Implementation Schedule. 9) Until The Final Fence Is Constructed Along The Indicated Plots (In Accordance With The Items In The Attached Bill Of Quantities), The Contractor Will Make Temporary Fences Of The Property, For Which
