The Public Procurement Consists In The Supply And Installation Of 200 Secure Boxes (Secured, Covered Bicycle Racks, With A Capacity Of 6 Bicycles Each) For The Parking Of Bicycles, Located In 196 + 4 Reserve Locations Identified On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Buzău, According To Annex 1 To The Terms Of Reference. Each Secure Box Will Be Equipped With: • Fully Enclosed Metal Structure, Resistant To Weather And Vandalism • Secure Access System By Pin Code And/Or Rfid Card • Locking Mechanism With Mechanical Back-Up Opening (Key), Functional Independently Of The Electronic State • Autonomous Energy Supply Through An Integrated Photovoltaic Panel • Battery Sized For The Continuous Operation Of The Terminal And Locks Throughout The Year, Including During Periods With Reduced Solar Radiation (According To Ch. 3.4 C And 3.6 Of The Specifications) • Fully Autonomous Operation — Without Connection To The Electricity Network Or The Internet The Award Procedure Includes The Following Phases: Project Phase Main Activities Phase 1: Manufacturing And Delivery Tranche 1 Manufacturing Of 40 Secure Boxes, Delivery And Quantitative Reception At The Contracting Authoritys Warehouse Or Directly At The Sites. Phase 2: Installation Tranche 1 + Delivery Tranche 2 Installation And Commissioning Of The First 40 Boxes. Delivery Of Tranche 2 (40 Boxes). Phase 3: Installation Of Tranche 2 + Delivery Of Tranche 3 Continued Installation And Delivery Of Tranche 3 (40 Boxes). Phase 4: Installation Of Tranche 3 + Delivery Of Tranche 4-5 Continuous Flow Installation And Delivery Of Tranches 4 And 5 (40 Boxes Each). Phase 5: Completion Of Installation + Final Reception Completion Of Installation Of All 200 Boxes, Functional Tests, Final Reception.
