The Subject Of The Order Is The Remediation Of Part Of The Area Of ​​The Former Pronit Plastics Plant In Pionki, With An Area Of ​​3.4395 Ha. Area Remediation Involves: A) Complete Extraction (Removal), Transport And Transfer Outside The Area Of ​​The Former Pronit S.A. Plastics Plant. In Pionki For The Neutralization (Disposal) Of Waste Constituting Decommissioned Explosive Material (Nitrocellulose) In An Estimated Amount Of 4608.66 Mg Of Earth-Soil-Nitrocellulose Mixture, Including 2027.81 Mg Of Nitrocellulose, Which Results From The Conversion Of 44.00% With The Nitrocellulose Content Index. B) Neutralization (Utilization) Of Waste Previously Extracted And Transferred Outside The Area Of The Former Pronit Plastics Plant In Pionki, Constituting Decommissioned Explosive Material (Nitrocellulose) In An Estimated Amount Of 4,608.66 Mg Of Earth-Soil-Nitrocellulose Mixture, Including 2,027.81 Mg Of Nitrocellulose, Which Results From The Conversion 44.00% Nitrocellulose Content Index. C) The Estimated Amount Of Waste Constituting Decommissioned Explosive Material (Nitrocellulose) In The Amount Of 4608.66 Mg Of Earth-Soil-Nitrocellulose Mixture, Including 2027.81 Mg Of Nitrocellulose, Was Adopted From The Prepared Post-Built Expertise On Nitrocellulose Retention. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remediate Part Of The Area Of ​​The Former Pronit Plastics Plant In Pionki, With An Area Of ​​3.4395 Ha, Regardless Of The Actual Amount Of Waste Constituting Decommissioned Explosive Material (Nitrocellulose) Lying In This Area. Remediation Of The Contaminated Area Will Focus On The Following Tasks: A) Carrying Out Works On The Entire Area In Question, Which Will Allow For Solid, Reliable And Proper Cleaning Of The Area Of Residual Nitrocellulose To A Depth Of 1 M Below The Ground, B) Analysis Of The Need To Cut Down Trees Necessary To Complete The Task And Analysis Of The Area In Terms Of Removing Forest Layers, I.E. Understory Up To A Height Of 6 M, Herbaceous Masses (Grass, Bushes, Raspberries, Nettles), C) Carrying Out Work Around Valuable Trees Manually Using Hand Tools (Spades, Rakes, Shovels, Machetes, Etc.), D) Leveling The Area After The Work And Adding New Soil In The Extraction Sites In Order To Restore The Previous State.
