Likewise, It Is Established That It Is Up To Local Entities To Manage Community Cats, Through Comprehensive Management Of Feline Colonies, Carrying Out Population Control Of Community Cats In Order To Progressively Reduce Their Population While Maintaining Their Protection As Companion Animals.
