The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Supply, Implementation, Configuration, Commissioning And Handover Of Server, Fiber Channel San And Backup Infrastructure, Supply Of Components, Licenses, Software, Firmware, Optical Modules, Cabling And Connecting Elements, Documentation And Verification Of The Functionality Of The System For The Operation Of The Production Virtualization Platform (Hereinafter Referred To As Server Delivery And System), And A Level Of Service Support That Guarantees The Initiation Of Problem Solving (Diagnostics, Technician Dispatch Or Dispatch Of A Spare Part) The Following Working Day The Day After The Defect Was Reported (Hereinafter Referred To As Services) For A Period Of 60 (Sixty) Months From The Date The System Was Put Into Final Operation After Successful Completion Of Acceptance Tests At The Customers Headquarters.
