Media Storage And Reader Devices - Digitization Of The Bieruń-Lędziny District And Its Subordinate Units - In The Field Of It Infrastructure [Vol.2]. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Supplies Falling Within The Scope Of The Order Entitled: Digitization Of The Bieruń-Lędziński Poviat And Its Subordinate Units - In The Field Of It Infrastructure Divided Into Basic And Optional Scope. The Purpose Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of Modern It Infrastructure Necessary To Launch New Public E-Services And To Expand And Modernize Already Existing Services. The Implementation Of The Project Will Enable The Implementation Of New And Raising Existing Public E-Services To The Fifth Level Of Maturity, Which Will Ensure Full Digitization Of Administrative Processes And Integration Of All Services Provided By The Office. Due To The Planned Development Of Digital Services, It Is Necessary To Expand The Existing Ict Infrastructure Operating In The District Office In Bieruń, As Well As To Implement New Infrastructure In The Organizational Units Of The District Office. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Commissioning Of Appropriate Computer, Server And Network Equipment As Well As Specialized Software Supporting The Implementation Of Administrative Processes And Resident Service. The New It Infrastructure Together With The Implemented Software And E-Services Will Ensure Efficient, Safe And Effective Communication Between The District Office And Its Organizational Units. It Will Also Enable Automatic Data Exchange, Integration Of Field Systems And Improvement Of Information Flow Both Within The Administration And In Relations With Residents, Entrepreneurs And Other Public Entities. The Division Of The Order Into The Basic Scope And The Scope Covered By The Option Law Ensures Flexibility Of Project Implementation And Allows Adapting The Scope Of The Order To Changing Conditions, In Particular Related To The Dynamic Development Of The It Market. This Solution Also Allows For More Efficient Management Of Changes In The Project, Including Changes That, In Accordance With The Applicable Implementation Rules, Require The Consent Of The Managing Authority. At The Same Time, Separating The Optional Scope Reduces The Risk Of Possibly Exceeding The Budget Allocated For The Execution Of The Order. If The Offer Prices Exceed The Level Of Available Financial Resources, It Will Be Possible To Implement The Basic Scope While Maintaining The Possibility Of Achieving The Assumed Goals And Results Of The Project, Without Having To Give Up Its Basic Assumptions. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Depend On The Availability Of Financial Resources And The Needs And Conditions Of The Project Implementation. The Implementation Of The Entire Project Will Contribute To Increasing The Availability Of Public Services Provided Electronically, Shortening The Time Of Handling Official Matters And Improving The Quality Of The Services Provided. The Use Of Modern Technological Solutions, The Purchase Of Appropriate Equipment And Software, As Well As The Development Of Employee Competences
