Postal And Telecommunications Services – Postal Services. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Collecting, Accepting, Moving And Delivering Parcels And Their Possible Returns, To 273 Local Units Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order No Earlier Than From January 4, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of These Events Occurs First. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Employs Employees Under An Employment Contract In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), In The Scope Of Not Less Than 80% Of Total Employment, Including The Activities Of: Delivering Parcels To Addressees, Notifying Parcels And Issuing Notified Parcels To Addressees. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
