Auction Sale Of Total Qty.= 23 Nos., Description:- Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Nos.- 873/1-3, 903/1-4, 912/1-4, 915/1-4(Type-I, 15 Units With Ac Sheet Roof), 753/1-2, 797/1-2, 811/1-2(Type-Ii, 06 Units With Gi Sheet Roof) And 367/1-2(Type-Iii, 02 Units With Ac Sheet Roof) At Bilaspur With Total Plinth Area Of 1009.26 Sq. Meters Which Includes Estimated Visible Quantity/Components In It. Remarks - 1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. 2) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. 3) Any Hidden Materials Like Rails, Beam Etc. Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. 4) Auction Components Do Not Include Pipeline Fittings, Electrical Fittings, Electrical Pole, Water Tank, If Any Found Is Not Offered For Auction And Same May Be Return Back To Stockholder/Custodian. 5) All Outer Side Fencing Iron Items(Angle, Rail Post Etc.)
